Elisabeth Mathieu is an efficiency-focused program management expert with over 20 years of experience at the intersection of leadership development, client services, project management, and business operations. Driven by the belief that effective leadership is the cornerstone of organizational success, Elisabeth has dedicated her career to cultivating better leaders across industries. Elisabeth began her career in event and program management within the non-profit sector, where she recognized that leadership skills are rarely innate. Witnessing a widespread need for improved leadership training, she became committed to being part of the solution. In 2012, Elisabeth joined Harvard Business Publishing’s Global Delivery organization, where she partnered with Fortune 500+ companies worldwide to design and deliver impactful learning experiences for emerging leaders. Her tenure at Harvard coincided with the early stages of virtual learning, giving her a front-row seat to its evolution. She played a critical role in helping the organization rapidly adapt to the ever-changing demands of the ed-tech landscape.
