Erika Toomey
Erika Toomey is a leadership development advisor, consultant, facilitator, and coach with 30 years of experience helping leaders build enterprise capability, strengthen executive teams, and accelerate ready-now talent. She specializes in curriculum design, change management, board readiness, and individual and team coaching— bringing a storyteller’s clarity to complex organizational challenges so leaders can align quickly and communicate powerfully.
In 2015, Erika founded Toomey Leadership Solutions, LLC, partnering with organizations on team development, strategy, and organizational effectiveness. She works with leaders across the globe, with a focus on fostering next-level leadership influence, empowering them to make a difference for themselves, their organizations, and the community. She previously spent 14 years with Harvard Business School Publishing, collaborating with Fortune 500 clients to deliver innovative, practical leadership development solutions in the consumer products, financial services, healthcare, telecommunications, and professional services industries. Earlier in her career, she spent 15 years with Ernst & Young and Capgemini Group, where she pioneered learning programs for global executives, led research for a global trends consortium, and helped launch new consulting services as a Director in Ernst & Young’s Center for Business Innovation.
Erika is active in community leadership, volunteering with Silver Lining Mentoring (supporting young adults aging out of foster care) and serving on the Board of the National Charity League. She holds a BS in Political Science and French from Denison University and is a Certified iLead™ Individual and Team Coach.
